WHAT IS EMS?

Electro Muscle Stimulation or EMS is an effective and efficient method of full-body training. It is suitable for all levels of fitness.


It activates more muscles at a much higher rate than traditional workouts, making a 20-minute EMS session equivalent to up to 5 hours of strength training.


EMS training is recommended one to two times per week for optimal results.


It has little to no impact on the joints while boosting strength, metabolism, reducing body fat, and joint pain. Additionally, it improves blood circulation, enhances muscle recovery, and helps tone the body more effectively than conventional workouts.
